This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Teyllo website, services, programs, or features (the "Teyllo Site") owned or operated by Teyllo Inc. and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, "Teyllo," "we," "our," or "us"). Teyllo values your privacy, and taking proper care of your information is a top priority for us. Our goal is to help you understand what information we collect (also known as "User Data") and describe how we use that information to provide you with safe and secure access to industrial hemp-derived CBD, and other products and accessories.

2. This Privacy Policy is part of, and is governed by, the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, including any agreements incorporated by reference within the Terms and Conditions (the "Teyllo Terms"). Any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in our Terms and Conditions. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions, you should stop using or accessing the Teyllo Site and terminate your Account. By using Teyllo Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Teyllo and does not apply to information collected by any third-party sites to which Teyllo Site may link or to information provided to, or collected by, third-parties through third-party cookies, web beacons, or other third-party technologies served during your visit to the Teyllo Site.

If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on our Website prior to the change becoming effective.We encourage you to stay up to date about our privacy practices by reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Teyllo following notices of changes to the Privacy Policy indicates your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

III. Age Restrictions

7. Teyllo is intended for access and use by individuals who are of legal age for the products and services offered on Teyllo Site based on the applicable regulations of their state or other government entities ("Qualifying Age"). We do not knowingly request to collect personal information from any person under the age of Qualifying Age. If a user submitting personal information is suspected of being younger than Qualifying Age, we will require the user to close his or her account and will not allow the user to continue to use Teyllo Site. We will also take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Please notify us if you know of any individuals under Qualifying Age using our services so we can take action to prevent access to our services.

IV. Security

8. All of the information we collect is protected within our database, and we are committed to securing your information. Although we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions to protect your information, no security measures are completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the full security of your information.

9. You are also responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails or physical mail between you and Teyllo at all times. When you direct Teyllo to share your information with third parties, please note that your privacy and security may also be affected by changes in such third party services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization or third party.

V. Information You Provide To Us

10. Personal information for Registration and Identity Verification. When you sign up for any Teyllo account, you give us your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and, if necessary, a copy of your government-issued ID (i.e. your driver"s license, state ID card, or passport). In order to receive a shipment, you must provide a valid delivery address — whether that"s your home address or any other valid physical address. Such information is a part of your personally identifiable information ("PII") as this is data that can be used to specifically identify you. PII helps us establish and maintain your user account, verify your identity, and ensure that you are of legal age to receive a delivery or shipment.

11. How your personal information is used. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with secure and efficient services and to further develop them for a better user experience. In general, we use personal information to operate, deliver, and improve our services and Teyllo Site, content and advertising. We may use this information in the following ways based on our contract with you:

11.1. To provide you services. We process your personal information in order to provide services to you. For example, when you want to buy products on Teyllo Site we require certain information such as your identification, contact information, and payment information. We cannot provide you with services without such information.

11.2. To provide Service communications. We send administrative information to you to keep you updated about our services, inform you of relevant security issues or updates, or provide other transaction-related information. Without such communications, you may not be aware of important developments relating to your account that may affect you;

11.3. To provide customer service. We process your personal information when you contact us to resolve any questions, disputes or to troubleshoot problems. We may process your information in response to another customer"s request, as relevant. Without processing your personal information for such purposes, we cannot respond to your requests;

11.4. For research and development purposes. We process your personal information to better understand the way you use and interact with Teyllo Site. Without such processing, we cannot ensure your continued smooth usage of Teyllo Site;

11.5. To ensure quality control. We process your personal information to ensure quality control and staff training to make sure we continue to provide you with accurate information. If we do not process personal information for quality control purposes, you may experience issues on Teyllo Site. Accordingly, we collect and retain information about any ratings, reviews, and feedback you provide about our services, the Teyllo Site, the products on Teyllo Site;

11.6. To engage in marketing activities. Based on your communication preferences, we may send you marketing communications to inform you about our events or our partner events; to deliver targeted marketing; and to provide you with promotional offers based on your communication preferences. We use information about your usage of Teyllo Site and your contact information to provide marketing communications. You can opt-out of our marketing communications at any time.

From time to time we may request your permission to allow us to share your personal information with third parties. You may opt out of having your personal information shared with third parties, or allowing us to use your personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes for which we originally collected it or subsequently obtained your authorization. If you choose to so limit the use of your personal information, certain features or services may not be available to you.

VI. Collection and use of information collected automatically

13. Each time you use Teyllo Site or services, we may automatically collect the following information, which may be considered to be personal information when combined with other information about you:

13.1. Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or other device to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; and

13.2. Information about your visit, including the dates and times you use Teyllo Site length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call the contact phone number provided on Teyllo Site. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with Teyllo Site, including pages accessed and links clicked. We may use identifiers to recognize you when you arrive at Teyllo Site via an external link, such as a link appearing on a third party website.

VII. Cookies

14. Teyllo Site may use a browser feature called a "cookie" to collect information anonymously and track user patterns on Teyllo Site. A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that identifies a customer"s browser, but not the customer personally, each time that customer visits a websites using cookies. Cookies tells us which pages of Teyllo Site are visited and how many people visited each one. This helps enhance visitors" online experience. VIII. Information sharing with third parties

16. Only those who really need to in order to perform their tasks and duties can access personal information, and we share it with third parties who have a legitimate purpose for accessing it. We don"t sell or rent your personal information. We will only share your information in the following circumstances:

16.1. We share your information with third party in order to facilitate shipping. Teyllo Site uses a third-party logistics provider in order to facilitate shipping of hemp-derived CBD products. When you order from the Teyllo Site, the third-party logistics provider receives your name, shipping address, and order details so that they can send your items to the right place;

16.2. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements;

16.3. We share your information with financial institutions with which we partner to process payments you have authorized;

16.4. We may share your information if you signed up for a promotion with another user"s referral or promotion code, we may let your referrer know that their code was redeemed. However, we do not specifically identify the user that redeemed the code.

16.5. We may share non-personally identifiable aggregated user data, such as aggregated gender, age, geographic, and usage data (without the inclusion of a user"s name or other identifying information) to advertisers and other third parties for their marketing and promotional purposes.

IX. Third Party Websites

17. Please note that any third parties you interact with may have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices. Information collected by third parties, who may include such things as contact details or location data, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

X. Retention of personal information

18. Your personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes.

XI. Individual Rights

19. When we receive an individual rights request via email we may take steps to verify your identity before complying with the request to protect your privacy and security.

20. Right to withdraw consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information collected on the basis of your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before your withdrawal.

21. Right of access to and rectification of your personal information. You have a right to request that we provide you a copy of your personal information held by us. You may also request us to rectify or update any of your personal information held by us that is inaccurate.

22.Right to erasure. You have the right to request erasure of your personal information that: (a) is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; (b) was collected in relation to processing that you previously consented, but later withdraw such consent; or (c) was collected in relation to processing activities to which you object, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing. The above is subject to limitations by relevant data protection laws.

23. Right to data portability. If we process your personal information based on a contract with you or based on your consent, or the processing is carried out by automated means, you may request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have us transfer your personal information directly to another company, where technically feasible, unless exercise of this right adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others.

Right to restriction of or processing. You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information where, for example, the information is inaccurate or it is no longer necessary for us to process such information or where you have exercised your right to object to our processing. Restricted personal information shall only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. We will inform you if the restriction is lifted.

25. Right to object to processing. Where the processing of your personal information is based on consent, contract or legitimate interests you may restrict or object, at any time, to the processing of your personal information as permitted by applicable law. We can continue to process your personal information if it is necessary for the defense of legal claims, or for any other exceptions permitted by applicable law.

26. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your personal information, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, save for the exceptions applicable under relevant data protection laws.

27. Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe that we have infringed your rights, we encourage you to contact us first at privacy@teyllo.com so that we can try to resolve the issue or dispute informally.

28. Storage of your personal information. We will try to limit the storage of your personal information to the extent that storage is necessary to serve the purpose(s) for which the personal information was processed, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as required or permitted by law.
